| General Atlantic to buy stake in Network Solutions from Najafi ...
General Atlantic has agreed to acquire Network Solutions, a provider of online solutions for small businesses, from Najafi Companies (formerly Pivotal Private Equity). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Network Solutions offers web-related services including web hosting, website design, e-commerce, search engine marketing, SSL certificates, e-mail and domain name registration services.
Champ Mitchell, chairman and CEO of Network Solutions, and the current Network Solutions management team will continue to lead the company.
